a).Cancellations by Healthy Paws
Healthy Paws has the right to cancel or decline orders for any reason. Instances leading to order cancellation may encompass limitations on available purchase quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Additional verifications or information may be necessary before accepting any order. Notification will be provided if any part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required. In the event of order cancellation after your credit card has been charged, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your Card Account.
b).Cancellations by You
In the event of requests for order cancellations, Healthy Paws reserves the discretion to either accept or reject such requests for any reason. A 24-hour timeframe from the order placement is allotted for you to initiate a cancellation. As per standard business procedures, if a cancellation notice is received and the order has not undergone processing or approval, we will cancel the order and facilitate a full refund within 15-20 working days.
Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled. Healthy Paws holds the exclusive right to determine whether an order has been processed.
